You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, or be ordering with a parent or guardian’s permission.

There are no customer accounts. Every order is placed as a guest: you add sizes to a bag, give an email address at checkout, and pay. Your bag is kept for you between visits by a cookie on your own device, not by a login. See Cookies & local storage below.

Product photos, descriptions, and prices on this site can change without notice. An item shown here is not guaranteed to be in stock until your payment is confirmed.

• Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are recalculated from our records at the moment you pay, never taken as-is from your browser.
• Payment is processed by HitPay Payment Solutions (“HitPay”), a third-party payment gateway. You enter your card or payment details on HitPay’s own payment page, not on this site, so we never see or store your full card number.
• Accepted payment methods are card and bank payment, and Touch ’n Go. DuitNow, Atome, WeChat Pay, QRIS, and PromptPay are not supported.
• An order is confirmed once HitPay tells us the payment succeeded, not just when you’re redirected back here.
• Depending on where you’re billed from, applicable taxes (including Malaysian sales and service tax, if we’re registered to collect it) may be added at checkout.

Stock is checked when you start checkout, but not reserved until payment completes, so in rare cases two people can pay for the last unit of the same size. If that happens to your order, we will not ship you nothing and keep your money: we refund you in full, processed within 2–3 business days once confirmed by support, and you don’t need to do anything to request it unless we ask you to confirm details.

• We ship to Malaysia.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 1–3 business days, not counting customs delays outside our control.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout: normal rates for delivery within East Peninsular Malaysia, and higher rates for delivery within West Peninsular Malaysia.
• Risk of loss passes to you once an order is handed to the carrier. If it arrives damaged or never arrives, contact kallenclothes@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out.

You can return an unworn item, tags attached, within 14–21 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by you. Email kallenclothes@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Refunds are issued through HitPay and can take 3 business days for card or bank payment, or up to 14 days for Touch ’n Go, to appear on your statement.

If an item arrives wrong, faulty, or not as described, that return is on us, with no time limit beyond what’s reasonable, and no deduction for return shipping.

Products are sold as described, and we stand behind them if they arrive faulty or not as described (see Returns & refunds). Beyond that, products are provided as is, without any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows. Normal wear, fading, or shrinkage from washing outside the printed care instructions isn’t covered. Nothing here limits any statutory right you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived by agreement.

To the extent the law allows, kallen’s total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

The designs, prints, photography, and writing on this site belong to kallen. Buying a product gives you the product, not a licence to reproduce its artwork.

Don’t try to break, scrape, or abuse this site: automated ordering, probing the checkout or admin login for weaknesses, or placing orders you don’t intend to pay for. We can cancel or refuse an order we reasonably suspect is fraudulent or abusive.

We can update these terms as the store changes. The version posted here at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. [confirm venue/jurisdiction with counsel]

• Your email address:given at checkout, or when looking up an order, so we can send order confirmations and answer questions about that order.
• Order contents and totals:the sizes, quantities, and price you paid, kept as a record of the sale.
• Your shopping bag:held against a random token in a cookie on your device (see Cookies & local storage), not against your identity.
• A hashed version of your IP address:run through a one-way hash keyed to a secret only our servers hold, so it can’t be reversed back into your real IP from our database alone. Used only for rate-limiting abuse and a security audit trail.
• Basic site analytics:page views via Vercel Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies to track you across other sites.

• No passwords, because there are no customer accounts to have one.
• No card numbers. Payment details go directly to HitPay on their own hosted page and never reach our servers.
• No raw IP addresses in permanent storage, only the hash described above.

Your shipping address is collected by HitPay on their hosted payment page. It reaches us through the HitPay dashboard, from where it’s passed to EasyParcel to arrange delivery.

• kc_cart:an httpOnly cookie holding a random token that identifies your shopping bag. We only ever store a hash of it, never the token itself. Expires automatically 30 days after your cart was last touched.
• kallen.consent.v1:saved in your browser’s local storage once you accept this policy, so you’re not asked again on the same device.
• kallen.theme.v1:your light/dark preference, also local storage, never sent to us.
• kallen.collection.v1:a local copy of your bag for a faster first paint. Your actual bag lives on our servers; this is just a cache.

• Carts: deleted automatically 30 days after last use.
• Orders and audit records: kept for 7 years for accounting and legal reasons.

We use a small number of processors to run the store, and share only what each needs to do its job:

• HitPay:processes your payment.
• EasyParcel:arranges delivery using your shipping address.
• Supabase:hosts our database (orders, carts, the security audit log).
• Vercel:hosts the site and runs Vercel Analytics.
• Upstash:rate-limits requests to stop abuse; sees request counts, not order contents.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t hand it to anyone else for their own marketing.

You can ask us what we hold about an order, or ask us to delete it once it’s no longer needed for accounting purposes, by emailing kallenclothes@gmail.com with your order number and the email it was placed under. These rights apply according to the applicability of Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any additional rights it grants.

This site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
